INDIVIDUAL ETHICAL PERSPECTIVE In an effort to gain a clearer awareness of my ethical perspectives, I have completed the Ethical Awareness Inventory. This inventory asked me several questions about what I valued most and least as moral values. Furthermore, the inventory presented two sample situations that involve ethical considerations from a management perspective in a work environment. By taking this inventory, I was able to gain insight into how my values ​​and perceptions might shape my actions and the impact of those actions. actions in future circumstances. Instead they simply pass judgment on others and are usually fair or overbearing. This, in my opinion, is unethical behavior and does not provide what society needs for everyone to feel empowered and satisfied.
