I am writing the analysis of three comics, which are The Pride of Baghdad, Lady and the Tramp and The Persepolis. When I read The Pride of Baghdad and Persepolis, I think it's a very fascinating story. In my opinion, when I read The Pride of Baghdad, the war in Iraq comes to mind. Furthermore, it also tells me how terrible war can be. Why did the comic become famous? Comics are sequential art or text. According to Wikipedia, The Pride of Bahgdad is the graphic novel written by Brian Vaughan. This story is considered an anthropomorphic story (using animals/rocks/flowers as symbols) from the Animal Farm books. The four main characters in the story are Zill, Noor, Safa and Ali. The Lady and The Tramp is the love story between Cocker Speniel Dog and Streetwise Downtown Mutt launched in 1995. The Persopolis is Marjane Satrapi's autobiographical graphic novel describing her childhood to young adulthood in Iran during and after the revolution Islamic. . This comic is all black and white. According to Wikipedia, the novel's title, Persepolis, comes from the ancient capital of the Persian Empire, Persepolis. I am analyzing the visual elements of Pride of Baghdad, race and cultural identity, racism and stereotypes play a significant role in The Lady and The Tramp and describing the archetype and personality of Marjane. The Pride of BaghdadThese are some of the visuals shown in The Pride of Baghdad. These include pull-outs, onomatopoeias, speech bubbles and splash pages. The example of retreat in The Pride of Baghdad is the scene where Noor tries to chase the horses. In this scene, the survey lets the readers see the character's feelings and emotions.
