What is Human Resource Management (HRM)? “It is an area of strategic, comprehensive management that involves establishing policies, practices and administrative structures that focus on an organization's most valuable asset: its people.” (Dictionary.com) Human resource management is always a question of leadership, financial and management. Employee costs typically take up 70 to 80% of most organizations' budgets. By managing human resources effectively and efficiently, you will know that your employees are satisfied and motivated, willing to perform their tasks to the best of their abilities. Effective human resource management should help employees find meaningful work and seek to provide them with job satisfaction. It can also help an organization improve its performance and increase success. In this essay, I will cover some important questions and try to think of ideas that could help resolve them. First of all, I believe that in the era of organizational reforms and reducing budgets and providing high-quality services requires strong leadership. Leaders and managers must have: • Accurately forecast human resource needs to provide services to the public; • A strong workforce that is adequately trained and educated to help improve customer service; • Be able to assign staff members to the geographic areas where they are needed; • Good relations with union officials (if there are any); Furthermore, a good leader/manager should: • Create a positive human resources climate; • Create a management structure for human resources; • Define what needs to be done ;• Create a new organizational structure...... at the center of the paper ......r, an effective human resources management system that offers opportunities to employees, among other things, it will motivate workers and increase their level of job satisfaction. This can lead to an improvement in the quality of services. Ultimately, it is an HR partnership between senior managers, supervisors, and other administrative staff that makes an HR management system work.
