Because the expectations of stakeholder groups will be different, it is quite normal for conflict to exist regarding the importance or appropriateness of many aspects of the strategy. In most situations, it will be necessary to reach a compromise between expectations that cannot all be achieved at the same time. The following are examples of stakeholders1. Customers: Customers (buyers) play an important role for the organization as profit depends on customer satisfaction. And they expect the company to supply and provide many products at all times, high-quality products, with reasonable prices, first-class services, numerous price offers, and always be satisfied.2. Suppliers: Suppliers also influence and are influenced by the organization because the organization is a buyer of the supplier, so the supplier should provide high quality products or services otherwise it will lose its customers. And they also expect from the organization self-respect, hiring, timely payment, sometimes early payment is good for them, and first-rate treatment.3. Government: The government is also a stakeholder because its policies and regulations, such as the amount of taxes the organization should pay, affect the company. And they also expect the organization to follow the rules and regulations smoothly, to be successful in business, to have more tax rates, to build the country and to help new companies in the same field.4. Society: Society or community expects any organization to provide a good environment so the organization should make sure that it is an environment friendly organization another thing they want the organization to help them to offer them many careers.
