Konnikova doesn't say that bullies also need help as much as victims, but not all bullies are born that way. In fact, most of them have been bullied in the past or have psychological problems (Donegan 5). Indeed, people should take these statistics as a wake-up call to help cyberbullies address their frustrations to reduce the number of victims, to create a better childhood and a healthier adolescence for a better future.
