COMMUNICATION ANXIETY is very common in the world of PUBLIC SPEAKING mainly due to fear. Perhaps the speaker isn't sure how the audience will accept or feel about his message, so the result of this fear ends up being sweaty palms, confused thoughts, and stuttering on the part of the speaker, and, as far as the audience is concerned, thoughts skeptics. The good news is that by implementing distinctive steps within fundamentals, delivery, and research, fearful speakers can generate tremendous confidence and dramatically reduce and even remove speaking anxiety. The fundamentals of PUBLIC SPEAKING can also be considered the foundation of PUBLIC SPEAKING. Simply put, the fundamentals include having something to say, being organized, and knowing your audience. Redundancy in PUBLIC SPEAKING is powerful; will help the speaker achieve his or her ultimate goal of effectively communicating a lasting message to the audience. Ultimately, the speaker has more responsibility than the audience because he not only requires the audience's time and attention, but also takes an active role, so it is important for the speaker to practice and prepare as much as possible. Many companies sell various products on the Internet, but two stand out among the rest, Zappos and Amazon. An important factor contributes to this, delivery. Taking into account the total needs and wants of the customers, Zappos and Amazon produce huge profits every year. According to an article in The Indian Express, “customers are willing to gamble 22% more for a good service experience.” Also, keep in mind that most phone and cable companies know that experience and/or delivery is more noticed than the actual… middle of the paper… key component that combats the bad of speaking anxiety , trust. By focusing on these three components and mastering the details, the speaker will be so prepared and so confident that COMMUNICATION ANXIETY will no longer be an impeding factor. Works Cited1.
