Insurance companies raise prices for younger drivers. The price if a new driver on the road texts and gets caught will double every month. If the new driver were to have an accident, the companies would increase prices. My system of disabling cell phone use except for emergency purposes should help these drivers and parents with lower costs. This will eliminate the distraction of texting. Car accidents can be very expensive to replace parts and make your car look like new. All it takes is one small decision to make a serious mistake while operating a motor vehicle. This results in a high price to repair or replace the car. Today's cars are all made of cheap but expensive plastic instead of aluminum. Creating lower costs for my community will help them all from receiving the ultimate price in death, car accidents and higher insurance prices. My idea for this anti-distraction device will produce fewer problems and eliminate costs that drivers will not have to bear
