When Windows XP came out on October 21, many people were happy to get the latest operating system. The operating system professional; finally, the theme has been improved in appearance and graphics thanks to desktop navigation (different from the previous operating system, Windows 200), it will detect any hardware as it will automatically search for the driver from the Internet (such as printer, flash drive, etc.) in so that the hardware can be used. Networking in Windows XP was easier with the setup wizard to get you started on the network. There are other things I'd like to work on in Windows XP, but sometimes updates change and improve things in Windows XP, including virus removal updates. The disadvantages of Windows XP also became more vulnerable and was mainly affected by viruses and malware attacks (due to updates, sometimes updates were annoying because they had to be forcibly downloaded and installed, including restarting the computer to complete the process) . There were some things that were dropped from Windows XP even when it was updated from 2000, like disabling background changes in documents (I miss them, they were awesome). The infamous "Send" and "Do not send" error report was appearing too often. Some software has incompatibilities when they were created to be used with older operating systems, sometimes you may need to look for the update when the automatic update fails to find them. Additionally, Microsoft has set the system to be a 30-day trail without the product key (to prevent piracy, but sometimes even paying for the disk and product key can be a lot of money). However, 32 bits are different from 64 bits, for example in RAM usage. You can use as much as 3.5GB of RAM in 32-bit, but you need to upgrade to 64-bit to use up to 4GB of RAM. Some programs are irreconcilable with the 64-bit version, but later programmers will make them work with the 64-bit version. Otherwise, some people decide to use the 32-bit version. Upgrading from/to XP was very challenging because the old files were in the Windows_Old folder. Unfortunately, to use the program previously installed in the old operating system is available, but it is not installed for the newer operating system migrated to Vista. Unfortunately reinstalling the program on the operating system was a must to continue using the program, but the settings returned to default values (some people customize the settings themselves).
