Krause). The leader is the person who can influence other individuals in a company. Something interesting in leadership is the existence of leaders who are part of the organization which has its own structure creating a relationship between leaders and followers to achieve excellence. Tracking in an organization requires steps or activities that in the leaders plan push his followers to increase determination and determination towards the organization. Therefore, efforts to consolidate the activities of an organization subject to someone's intelligence leaders. An effective leader is someone who can inspire and relate to subordinates; able to convince subordinates that the organizational vision is not only important but achievable; able to challenge them with goals, projects, tasks and responsibilities that allow them to feel a sense of personal success, achievement and accomplishment; rewards subordinates who perform well with recognition, money, and promotions (Edwin A.
