It is easy to see families with parents of different nationalities and backgrounds growing up in a different country from their parents' native country and being part of what is called intercultural society. One of the proofs of this is intercultural management in the workplace which has been applied in companies with a diverse workforce where there are people from different cultural backgrounds. And universities promote cultural exchange in order to succeed as a professional. In US companies it is common to see people from Latin America, India, the US and Europe working together to achieve the same goals. Nowadays there is a fusion of civilizations that have areas in common, for example most people around the world have the same aspiration as the Western middle classes: they want their children to get a good education, find a good work and live happy and productive lives as members of a peaceful and stable community (Kishore and Lawrence, 2016). The contemporary era has given importance to Western culture due to its
