The term overpopulation refers to the concept that the number of humans who depend on the resources needed to live is significantly greater than the amount of resources provided by the earth[3] . Overpopulation can be caused by a variety of factors. Reduction in mortality rate, better medical facilities, depletion of precious resources are some factors that have contributed to overpopulation [3]. Our planet is starting to face the effects of population growth. At the current annual growth rate, the population is growing by 80 million people every year. This increase will result in 9 billion humans on earth this year 2038
