In the long history of glasses, from the first ordinary eyeglasses in the 13th century to the first bifocal lenses in the 18th century, we have access to Google Glass in the 21st century to experience magnificent images of the world we surround ourselves in, but what consequences does this new technology have for our future? Most people use glasses for different reasons such as seeing the world better or protecting their eyes from the sun's rays and most people use camera to record a specific moment of their life. In fact, the role of cameras changes over time, electronic eyes that start from a small area and then spread everywhere. But with the advent of Google Glass, this role changes completely; because it enters every moment of our life. To understand the concept of this new technology, we need to know more about the effect of Google Glass in our lives and how it may differ from other technologies such as computers, and also by examining online and offline interaction. Regarding the psychological approach, different social roles create different societies. Google Glass could be useful in some aspects of our lives, such as use by doctors, police and those who can use it to increase safety or improve our lives, but there is another vision that lies in one side obscure about the use of this technology. This part brings us to the question of the consequences of this special wearing technology. There are several consequences of this technology and I want to focus more on surveillance, privacy and behavioral aspects of people. Foucault's surveillance describes it as two towers: external and central tower. In short, I can look at you but you cannot look at me which creates an uncertainty for those who don't do it...... middle of paper ......in conclusion, the story of Google Glass is not the user story but it is the story of all the others who find themselves in front of this Glass. The consequence of this new technology could be the loss of one of the most important parts of our lives, namely our privacy. It is clear that this technology is useful in some aspects of our lives but not in all aspects. As a matter of fact, it is possible to assume that this technology will destroy our privacy by increasing unnecessary surveillance and could have a negative effect on people's behavior due to being faced with unfamiliar spaces and situations. Although at the moment this new technology seems like a problematic issue for some aspects of human life, but after receiving sufficient information and behavioral experiments while respecting individual and social privacy rules, it may be possible to use Google Glass as part of our life.
