1. Complex attentional structure is a mindset formed by habits imposed in the early childhood developmental environment that eventually become the person's natural behavior as a personality trait. Related because the perspective of the theory is defined by a process of two opposing forces combining with each other to foster an individual's development to a higher level. Piaget thought that cognitive development was stimulated by the mind acquiring new information by comparing or incorporating it with existing learned information. Additionally, the mind has adapted to accommodate new information. This is the same concept applied to the theory of attentional structure according to which without incorporating some parts that create a certain behavior influenced by our development the person will be retarded.2. Integration and differentiation are systems that represent general dialectical processes of constant and change. An integrated system consists of an individual part covering the true form of the system that is successfully interconnected and reinforced. Integrating an object means organizing and incorporating different parts in a creative way while breaking the rules to make something that was originally separate work great together. The differentiation system has a unique function that cannot be changed or shaped. Differentiating means having a bias towards different parts that are unique to themselves.3. Flow is a mindset people experience when their mind is completely engaged or focused on a specific task losing track of time, unaware of fatigue, and unaware of everything going on around them except the task. Studies show that when an individual experiences flow, they want to experience the same joy again by seeking the same reasons. As the person continues to set clear goals, flow is likened to an engine for talent development because as the person develops, they must continually be actively involved in the skills they would like to develop. When the person begins to lose themselves unconsciously, they no longer emphasize whether they are awesome or not, but participate more because of the joy felt during the activity. Finally, the person must constantly find techniques to improve their skills and continue to challenge themselves, otherwise they may get bored, stopping the engine or changing the pace of development.4. Flow influences the talent development of adolescents by experiencing flow when they are involved in different activities such as sports, mathematics, games, religious practices, or anything that stimulates such feelings. When a teenager can experience such feelings when involved in a talent, he will not progress further in learning and improvement, but will continually enjoy the activity..
