IntroductionPhysical inactivity or sedentary lifestyle is identified as the fourth common risk factor leading to mortality causing approximately 3.2 million deaths globally and due to technological advances. The problem statement is that the sedentary lifestyle of today's teenagers would eventually lead them to have some health and social problems because today's teenagers of this century are more focused on playing games on their gadgets and socializing on the Internet instead of going out . That said, this leads teenagers to do less physical exercise than usual, therefore to have a sedentary lifestyle which also contributes to social isolation where they prefer to be alone and not interact with others, which said alone will influence one's social life which will lead to bigger cases like health problems physical while it can lead to obesity and socially where it can lead to shyness and insecurity which will limit one's social life. “Fast food is likely to contribute to overconsumption. A sedentary lifestyle interacts with excessive consumption and minimal exercise to produce obesity. (http://ajcn.nutrition.org/) This research focuses on adolescents who are believed to have a sedentary lifestyle where researchers will ask questions about its effects, also researchers are examining the effects on adolescents with sedentary lifestyles sedentary while the researchers will look at the possible health complications that can arise to an individual due to the sedentary lifestyle. Where the main aim of the research is to identify the factors that lead to having a sedentary lifestyle and the consequences it will have for those who have it. First, teenagers themselves need to be responsible in keeping their bodies healthy by being physically active and avoiding too much screen time. In this way, by developing your social skills, you decrease the risk of having problems such as depression or insecurity due to the chemical changes that occur in the brain in response to physical activities. Secondly, parents play an important role in contributing to the health of their children because children are said to imitate their parents and if the parents are obese, the children are very likely to be obese.
