Trash in the oceanThe reason I chose this topic is because I don't like seeing trash in oceans, lakes or ponds. It's annoying how people don't know how to take care of things. Especially that other people see it, not just one or two people, but thousands of people. When people see that there is garbage everywhere in the area, they will not want to go back to that ocean or that part where they went because they see that it is all garbage there and it is not healthy for humans and for the ocean. I just don't like seeing rubbish everywhere, I think it's disgusting. So I want to talk about this because I don't like it and I think it's a good topic to talk about. What we should do is throw a lot of garbage cans by the ocean. Having all this trash in the ocean is really unnecessary. We could make a big net, tie it to a helicopter and collect the garbage that way. People can die from having all this trash in the ocean. I just don't understand why people don't care where their trash goes, so they put it wherever they want. We probably can't allow food, drinks or bags onto the beach unless they are items people need. It's so hard trying to keep it clean because everyone doesn't care about their own trash. If someone doesn't pick up the trash, no one will pick up the trash. People think that because there is trash flying around the beach, it's okay for their trash to fly around too. If someone lets a plastic bag fly and hits a child in the face, what will that person do? It is dangerous that there is garbage out there, as if nothing had happened. We as individuals can also stop it by telling our friends and family. If anyone sees trash nearby they should take it out. Just don't... middle of paper... ic and get sick. All this trash can kill mammals in the ocean even if it floats on the water. It is still harmful to them and to humans. It can kill, suffocate or poison the mammal. If humans decide to go swimming in the ocean and they suffocate on a piece of plastic that breaks into pieces and for some reason they open their mouth and put garbage in their mouth, they may suffocate and possibly die. Just because people like to throw garbage wherever they want. A lot of garbage comes from the land if the beach is right next to it.
