In “Dormienti” by Lorenzo Carcaterra is a book that was written and turned into a film. In 1996 Barry Levinson, directed and starred Jason, Patric as Lorenzo Carcaterra, Brand, Pitt (Michael Sullivan), Ron Eldard (John Reilly) and Billy Crudup (Tommy Marcano). The four boys suffered sexual and physical abuse and suffer from violent behavior, drug and alcohol addiction, post-traumatic stress disorder and relationship problems. This article will examine the effects of violence on the four boys, discuss the list of them, and propose possible treatment options. Synopsis In the summer of 1967, four friends were sent to the Wilkinson Home for Boys in upstate New York.
