Female role models have always made a difference in the world we live in. Especially in American films, whether it's a vampire, a superhero or a cartoon character. The world relates to women in leadership, especially Hollywood! I think female role models have always been present in American films, but today they are much more prevalent. Aren't female models hard to find? If you ask me who my female role model is, I would say my mother. Nine out of ten people would name their mother after her. A role model is someone who influences you and makes you a better person. My mother helps me by shaping me and my future. Growing up, if I needed help in different situations, I would ask her for expert advice. Your mother would be frank and brutally honest with you. Movie ticket sales are predominantly purchased by women at the box office of Hollywood films. The issue of the sexual and violent impact of the media on attitudes and violence towards women has been a source of great concern, debate and contention. Fergerson, C. (2012). In movies you can imagine being that perfect person, that's why it's called a fairy tale. Wonder Woman was the first widely known female superhero. Lynda Carter played Diana Prince, who was Wonder Woman in a TV series that aired from 1975 to 1979. She was created as the female version of Superman or Captain America... center of the card... I Am Today. My children are lucky to have their mother and father in their lives. The world is a difficult place and it is difficult to make good decisions without male and female influence. However, the family unit is no longer a common thing. A model can be a real person, a cartoon character, or a fictional superhero. Hollywood has a perfect teaching tool with American films. Whether the story is true or made up... as long as you can believe in that person and see them as a positive role model, Hollywood has hit the nail on the head! Women have been and will always be the strong backbone of the family in our world today. They don't need to be saved, they can take care of themselves and others. Everyone loves a good movie with a great plot and, of course, a happy ending. So, why can't the main role be that of a beautiful, strong and intelligent protagonist??
