An ethical business problem arises in case of outsourcing. The decision making framework can be used to explore the dilemma and develop a course of action to solve this problem using the utilitarian approach and ensuring that the maximum number of people are helped or benefited by the decision. Utilitarianism has had great popularity in American and Western culture largely because it focuses on the well-being of the masses rather than the benefit of an individual. Look at the benefits to society at large. It is extremely popular mainly because it helps them implement policies and regulations that are beneficial to the larger masses. In this way, because it is extremely consistent with the beliefs, ethical principles and moral values of Western society, utilitarianism has had great popularity in American and Western culture. People understand and accept the need to do things that are beneficial not only to them, but also right for society at large and that can help them improve society. If there is something wrong on a personal, interpersonal or social level, it is mainly due to lack of utilitarianism and lack of virtue, as there is a loss of jobs due to outsourcing. The conflict, situation, or decision can be harmful to people or the community if utilitarianism is not used. The decision-making framework of professional and employment ethics was achieved through analytical decision-making processes used in business. While these are beneficial, they lead to the assumption that moral decisions are already “out there” waiting to be discovered. In another way, adopting a design perspective for the ethical decision procedure forces one to produce ethical decisions, ... middle of paper ... such an action. Feedback after implementation: The effect of the alternative action was positive and the company does not have to worry about its suppliers or outsourcing partners for its productivity and increases the value of the system. This action should be done mandatorily in all companies in the country, to develop the overall economy.Works Citedwww.canville.net/malone/ethics-home-study-200909.pdfwww.sagepub.com/upm-data/39590_Chapter7.pdfwww .facultyfocus.com/.../ethical-frameworks-for-academic-decision-.www.compliance.co.za/.../a_framework_for_ethical_decision.htmtrade.gov/goodgovernance/adobe/bem_section_5/chapter_10.pdfwww.docstoc. com/.../CHAPTER-LEGAL-BUSINESS-AND-E-COM.managementhelp.org/freenonprofittraining/ethics.htmwww.slideshare.net/guestb40ca70/nature-of-ethics - United Stateswww.reasonpapers.com/pdf/31 /rp_31_2.pdf
