My ENTJ personality that's all, but what exactly is it? According to the online Humanmetrics Jung Typology Test I am a slightly extroverted, intuitive, thinking and judging person. Some might even say I'm arrogant and outspoken, which and I tend to always be "on duty", which are also traits that have been affirmed. I'm sure they didn't score my answers correctly since I consider myself more of an introvert. Before I started taking the online test I thought I was an open-minded and optimistic person with a tendency to be more creative rather than organized with a high preference for introversion, but, after careful reading I was an introvert but now I've pushed myself to become a mild extrovert with test results making me feel empowered that the traits I strive for are actually becoming my beliefs. According to Webster's online dictionary, personality is defined as “that which constitutes the distinction of the person; the outwardly evident aspects of a person's character or behavior; individuality." (Webster, 2013) Personality types and traits have been a topic of debate for many years and continue to be defined by theorists, psychologists, doctors, priests, pastors, and virtually anyone with an opinion. psychological type was introduced in the 1920s by Carl G. Jung while the Myers Briggs Type Indicator tool was only developed in the 1940s by Isabel Briggs Myers and continues to this day (Myers Briggs, 2003) There are many personality tests available , but the MBTI has been adopted as the industry standard is the five-factor model of personality, one of the most important models in contemporary psychology (Digman, 1990). ... half of the paper... that drive me towards excellence and push me to be the best that was strong in these achievements If you can move beyond the introverted and feel more comfortable in public and be more an extrovert, you can change the way others see you and, ultimately, the way you see yourself. Many things became apparent after taking online personality tests; I didn't like the first results, the second was similar but better and from the last one I learned to manipulate the answers slightly. I would be the model employee, friend and spouse today if I were asked to take this test by one of those because after taking many different psychological tests I have concluded that these tests can be manipulated if repeated multiple times. I do believe that basic personality choice can be changed if you are determined enough to overcome your insecurities
