IntroductionChange management is one of the important successful management systems used in many projects in different companies. It is about managing changes in such companies appropriately to improve and achieve high quality and value [1]. We can define change management as Prosci's definition; “Change management is the application of a structured process and set of tools to guide people through change to achieve a desired outcome” [2]. When change management is executed perfectly, people feel adapted to the change process and work collectively towards a common goal, realizing benefits and delivering results [2]. If change management is implemented well, people will adapt to the change and work efficiently to achieve goals and achieve the result sufficiently. Refer to an article [2], which illustrates some risks if change management has not been implemented very well. Some of these risks are: • Project productivity will decrease. • Resistance to change will increase within the organization and the result will be failure of the new system. • The project budget will not be stable and will increase. The company among project team employees is weak.Change Management Process"Change management process is the sequence of steps or activities that a change management team or project leader would follow to apply change management to a project or change" [3]. The four main roles included in the change management process are: • Change initiator (first realizing the need for the change and developing, planning and implementing the steps to achieve the initial requirements). • Change Manager (responsible for updating, leading, managing, auditing, creating and compiling change management tools. • Change consultancy...... middle of document ...... it does not simply help the organization move from the present to the future, but it is more of a global and strategic system model [9].ConclusionThe analysis and description of the management process have been presented in this document of change has been described and discussed by analyzing Prosci's 3-step process and identifying the benefits of each step. The change management models have been illustrated in detail in this document by comparing them according to their metrics and characteristics. proposed and highlighted by other research. I found that each model has some advantages and disadvantages, but some models are better suited to most organizations due to simplicity and speed of execution such as Lewin's 3-stage model. Finally some change tools such as contract change management system were discussed to help project teams improve process performance.
