I was able to identify more with the questions asked in relation to the Leadership Legacy Assessment. The results I got from this assessment were Team Leader. The team leader has a high task and a high relationship. The bumc.bu.edu website states that the Team Leader is: “An individual sets a positive example and strives to foster a team environment in which all team members can reach their highest potential, both as members of team than as people". (bumc.bu.edu) I try to help people if they have difficulty with a new task. The most challenging aspect of being a good Team Leader is that I'm not very good at training anyone. I have trouble explaining things to people. I also believe that what helped me achieve the Team Leader achievement is that I get along very well with people. I have been at my current job for over six years and have never had any confrontation with any of my colleagues. The most important task for the team leader is that I like to complete my entire task. I like to finish everything before I go on break because after the break I know I will have more work. I don't like to stop halfway through my task because I feel like I am
