Of these who died due to chronic diseases in 2008, out of a total of 36 million people, 29% belong to the category of people under the age of 70 and a half belong to the category of women." . In this task these will be discussed definitions: chronic disease, quality of life and social stigma, outline the statistical evidence of chronic disease common in Saudi Arabia and worldwide and also outline the characteristics of chronic disease, discuss the potential impact of chronic disease on well-being with specific reference to psychosocial aspects of equal quality of life. Describe what measures could be taken in case of chronic illness to adapt to any social stigma that one may experience.
