Members of the courts are judges, legally qualified with extra knowledge about the matters they will hear. Their role is to listen to the evidence of witnesses and decide on the case based on their own opinion, they could be assisted by experts or other legal bodies when making a difficult decision. The courts are managed by the Tribunals Service, which is an executive agency of the Ministry of Justice. (Open Univercity 2014) They are administrative and domestic courts, they were created to solve problems faster in a less formal way, they also cost less according to the judicial system, which is a good progress as it makes them more accessible to the public with a low income level. National courts deal with disputes based on a decision made by a non-state body, such as lawyers or decisions of the medical professions. (Open University 2014) Administrative courts are those that refer to decisions made by a state body. (Open University
