Both perform different functions, but when it comes to running an organization, both leaders and managers will be needed. Managers set objectives, plan the work to be done, divide it into various phases, decide the time taken to carry out each activity, decide the sequence and resources needed to carry out the activity, check whether the work is carried out as indicated and at the end takes corrective measures in case of deviation from the original plan.
