Visionary leadership qualities help project teams understand true goals and objectives, as well as the importance of their contribution to achieving these goals (Preston, Moon, Simon and Kossi, 2015). This very statement makes the visionary leadership style my number one style and my most loved way of leading. Having a vision and being able to properly motivate and inspire your team with each individual contribution to get a job done and take your project to the next level is amazing to me.
