However, to observe such outcomes, there must be organizational behaviors that create such a relationship between sustainability and the expected outcome of productivity and returns. For productivity to increase, employees must remain motivated and driven. Research has shown that once employees are convinced that they are paid fairly, they are no longer motivated by a salary increase. Therefore, to further increase their productivity, organizations must demonstrate to their employees that they are a sustainable organization that not only enables them to do good for their employer, but also for themselves, the community in which they live and also to the world. they are part of it (Dickerson 2010). This allows employees to come together to create solutions for a larger purpose, thus contributing to the sustainability of the organization in the long run
