Violation of human rights to education Every person in the world has the right to fundamental human rights. Children are no exception to this rule. They have as many rights as anyone else, no matter where they come from. Children have the right to education and sometimes this right is not adequately guaranteed due to numerous violations. You can take steps to fix this problem. Governments should ensure free transport to and from educational institutions; everyone has the right to go to school, the protection and safety of schools. Governments should provide students with free transportation to and from school. With this step, the rate of students going to school and receiving education will increase. One of the problems that most children face is how to go to school. They don't have the money to pay for transport to school so the only alternative is to walk. “A 2015 United Nations assessment found that 97% of school-age children want to learn, but there can be complications in letting them go to school. In some places in the world, 15-year-olds must have special documents to live in that specific country. This only lasts a couple of years and once it expires, they have to return to their home country to renew it. Because of this process, many kids don't go to school and live in fear that people will find out that their documents have expired and deport them out of the country. Returning to your home country may seem easy, but it usually happens in the middle of a war and the threat of death is everywhere. The original reason they left was not because they needed a change and couldn't get legal documents, but they didn't want to live in that kind of place. If their government could undermine these claims, then these kids could receive a proper education and not live in fear of being sent home. It will help all refugees and their families if their children have an education to succeed
