On top of that, she also lied to her neighbor by making her believe she was pregnant, and that Nick has been psychically abusing her and that he fears she might kill her. She later invites her neighbor to her house and makes her drink a lot of juice so she can go to the bathroom where Amy emptied the toilet so she can steal her urine to fake her pregnancy. All the lies Amy told to manipulate the neighbor worked exactly how she wanted it to work, and sure enough, the neighbor came out while he was giving a speech about his missing wife and told everyone that he had physically abused her and that she was pregnant which at the time no one knew she was.
