Since starting high school, I have placed 2nd in the regions and states in Public Speaking 1 for Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA). Last year I also qualified to advance to FBLA Nationals. My advancement to Nationals last year gave me the opportunity to speak to the BCPS Board of Education at the May 2013 Board of Education meeting.
