There are many qualities about being a football coach and many responsibilities. These are the ability to be a good communicator, be open-minded, have fairness and equality, be patient, helpful, responsible and reliable. There are different types of coaches and they all have many different attributes about them. Some coaches have better knowledge and the basis to point out and correct players' mistakes. Others may simply have broad and extensive knowledge and may have a specialist area or topic in which they excel. The more experienced and superior the coach, he will be better at the basics than novice coaches and will be able to correct and improve a player's performance in the slightest way or situation. There are many roles that coaches must fill. There are some that are not required but are expected to be undertaken and fulfilled. To be a great coach you have to... middle of paper... danger. The coach can make mistakes but he must be an example from which all players can learn and follow. Sometimes coaches' beliefs may be wrong, but they must take the right approach to the situation.
