1.1 INTRODUCTIONThere were no office automation systems on board the PN vessels which resulted in slow progress of work. Traditional record updating in PN ships takes a long time and involves many people. The manual system currently used by Pakistan Navy ships makes convergence on the ship's targets very difficult. Not only that, it involves a large number of employees and is inefficient. The main disadvantage is the waste of energy, many people are involved in trivial processes but the result is limited and takes a long time. It also does not implement an error-free environment and takes into account human error. The current system is more prone to errors and sometimes approaches various problems. With the advent of newer technology, if we do not upgrade our system, losses will gradually result as time passes. The technical system contains the tools of the latest trends such as Internet etc. Systems with this technology are very precise, reliable, easy to use and fast. The 21st century is said to be the century of information technology and we have seen that it has penetrated almost all the world's fields of life. Technological progress has not only opened new doors for spectacular creations, but has also greatly influenced the prevailing processes. Replacing labor with more efficient and effective processes is another important feature of information technology. NAVTRACK stands for Navy Track. We intended to link the entire correspondence of CO, HOD and OOD. The issue of concern on board ships is communication, the smaller the communication gap the greater the convergence on the mission. The CO must keep abreast of all departments and needs a global view of all processes.
