The aspiration of the walls in this piece is to block neighbors and build a better relationship. Descriptive words are used to represent a better view of what you intend to see. Robert Frost talks about the seasons as if they were human beings. Walls are blocks used to isolate the desires and feelings of a human being. Privacy should be respected by all, even if neither neighbor intended to be offensive. The speaker's logic was that the wall blocking the properties was absurd. The essential purpose of the poem is the desire of a neighbor to have a better relationship with the other neighbor. There was a wall blocking everything; houses, yards and properties.
