Another personal characteristic admired in the human resources profession is the ability to do multiple things at the same time, that is, to be able to balance and complete numerous tasks at the same time. This admired trait will help in the profession by enabling the HR officer to deal with various issues such as dealing with personal issues of other employees, besides focusing on recruitment. III. HR professionals must be able to establish and maintain strong relationships within the organization.
