There are some rules that create prohibitions, approvals or disapprovals in Islam. We will see in the following discussion how these rules are categorized. Since Muslim jurists have used the word Hukum-ul-Shari for these rules, we will also see how jurists have defined it. These rules were given in the form of Wajib Makrooh Mustahaab Haram Mandub and so on. We will try to differentiate them from each other based on the point of view of classical jurists. These rules exist to control the lifestyle of human beings, especially Muslims. And these commands were given through a communication and this communication between Allah and humanity was defined by Immam Shafi. The State of Islamic Law (Hukum-al-Shari). Islamic law found its origin or we can say it is saturated with a direct command to humanity from Allah. The word mentioned as Command is known as Ahkam/Hukm in Arabic which means "A communication from God, referring to the acts of subjects through a request, an option or a declaration". Moving forward, this Hukm is of three different types.• Question • Option • Statement These commandments were given to control human behavior in all its forms. These Akhams for the regulation of human acts were sometimes formulated through categorical demands and sometimes in the form of declarations. Such as performing the Ablution in front of Salah. Then comes the option where Allah gave the believers an option if they performed an action. As in Qatal-e-Khata, Allah has given a number of options such as the aggrieved party could demand Qisas or ask for blood money or let the accused go free. And this is how jurists interpreted Allah's commands for better understanding of people. This categorization covers almost all aspects of not only Islam but also human life when viewed in the Quran. And these rules as mentioned above were given for the control of human behavior and surely in my eyes by following all these steps one would be successful in one's life not only in the world but also in the afterlife.
