Within the analysis phase a series of objectives within the domain are needed. From this three perspectives are taken; Ronald LeRoi Burback's object model (1998) states “dynamic model and functional model. The object model represents the system artifacts. The dynamic model represents the interaction between these artifacts represented as events, states and transitions. The functional model represents the system's methods from a data flow perspective.” After the analysis phase, the system design phase occurs. Here the system is divided into subcategories and tasks are assigned and persistent data storage is established, also within this phase the architecture is formed. Finally, the object design phase begins, in which the implementation plan, as well as the algorithms and object classes, are established
