Global Warming Global warming is causing a negative effect on the entire planet and we all need to do something to stop it. The climate changes frequently and makes the planet warmer in some parts and colder in others. There are two factors that influence global warming. The first types of factors are natural factors such as changes in solar production, changes in the Earth's orbit, the greenhouse effect, and aerosols. The change in solar production is due to the amount of energy radiated by the Earth's sun which is not constant. Changing our planet's orbit affects where solar energy is received on earth. Thus affecting the amount of energy that is reflected and absorbed on the earth. Aerosols help protect us from the effects of global warming which is why it is sometimes referred to as global sunscreen. Aerosols cool the earth by reflecting sunlight. With fewer aerosols, the effects of global warming will be felt more.
