Working in a school that focuses on using the environment to teach, I may have a different experience than other students. Almost everything done in school is related to nature or is taught in the forest or greenhouse. Most of the lessons are about hands-on learning with things in our environment. A few weeks ago I did an activity with some kids directly related to Piaget's conservation tasks. I also worked in a class of kindergarten children where we worked a lot on language and pragmatics.
