The movie "Waiting For Superman" sheds light on how some schools let children fall behind two or more grade levels, making them unprepared for the next level or worse, making them unprepared for life. Furthermore, it is seen that some even fail to keep students in schools, eventually turning into what is called a “dropout factory”. These failures come back to the teachers who are putting knowledge into those fresh minds, as indicated in “Chap. 2 Pedagogy of the Oppressed” that there are two types of teachers, a banking method teacher or a problem-posing teacher. These two types of education have important effects on students' lives, one of them can lead to higher levels of education and the other can lead you to one of those "dropout factories". The "abandonment factories" are led by banking method teachers who Paulo Freire calls them oppressors of knowledge, their lack of critical thinking and individual teaching transforms students into machines devoid of any psychological depth, be it educational or otherwise. On the other hand we have problems with teachers, who encourage discussion in class, focus more on students, to use knowledge as an entity that can be shared with all students, and use education to free minds from any limitation. But Malcolm What made Malcolm what school you go to, or the bad teacher you have, or the bad circumstances you live in. you can always achieve what you want, only if you work hard for it.
