In most cases very different types of medicines are merged together and this will take a lot of time if we separate them manually and moreover it also affects the healthcare plan. Project Objectives We intend to plan, design, build and implement this type of automatic sorting system which sorts mixed medicines separately into different containers. The machine will not only sort medicines based on color, but also shape and weight. Another goal we want to achieve is to make the production process of a medicine more hygienic and germ-free. The vision of the project is to increase the efficiency and service levels of pharmaceutical companies. Scope/Scope• All types of sizes, shapes and medicines should be predefined in the database.• Predefined incident management reports will be available.• Predefined change management reports will be available.• The system should be intelligent enough to operate without human interference. medicines by a worker.• Service request reporting will not be available during this phase.Objectives/Deliverables (if known)• An automatic intelligent sorting system.• A machine that sorts different tablets based on color, shape and weight.• Counters will be available that will allow the user to see how many medications are ordered... middle of paper... technical systems.
