I want to become a neonatal nurse, the reason I want to become a neonatal nurse is because I have a real soft spot for babies. To be a neonatal nurse you have to pay special attention to all types of babies. You need to focus on caring for sick newborns or newborns. You don't just have to work with children, you will have to work with family members. I will be able to approach family members and inform them about how the child is doing and what is wrong with the child. The story of premature and sick newborns is nothing new. Hospitals did not attempt to start the neonatal nursing program until 1922, however, hospitals began grouping newborns into one area, called the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) before these families cared for premature and sick newborns at home and lived or died without medical care. In the mid-1900s, the first infant incubator was invented, based on the incubators used for chickens. They used it to keep premature babies warm. So, the more they earned, the more they needed someone to take care of the babies in the incubator, and that's where the nurse entered the industry. There are approximately seven million sixty-three thousand one hundred and sixty-two registered nurses (RNs) in the United States. States. The current employment change in 2014 increased by 21% across different nursing sectors. Most career fields related to a neonatal nurse or pediatrician, which are usually found in clinics or hospitals. Some may be personal affairs that can be found in many places. For a neonatal nurse the gender of people is mainly female, but men can also work alone. The average age of a neonatal nurse is approximately 46 years old in the United States. You must be healthy... in the center of the card... we will take care of your health. The level three neonatal nurse works in the neonatal intensive care unit and admits all babies during the first 28 days of life who need more attention than babies in levels 1 and 2. Level 3 babies are mainly premature, sick or too young for their age. They need high-tech care or surgery. The Level 3 NICU can be the largest part of a hospital. They don't require any different training, you just need a lot of experience. You will have additional tasks because you have to be extremely careful and healthy. Children will need more attention than other children. It depends on whether you need it or not, some people take it for safety. After all the research I would still like to be a neonatal nurse. I'm very interested in this job so I think I'll keep it. I love taking care of children, they are so much fun.
