Education is a precious jewel from which infinite pearls can be created. In this digital age the world is already flooded with knowledge, but we need to keep it in mind to gain useful and relevant knowledge. Now, in the case of classrooms, the content presented to the students should be interesting and should actively involve all members of the classrooms for this, if we were to take into account the digital as well as psychological aspects of teaching, then the classroom sessions would be more interactive and captivating. The purpose of education is threefold.a) To achieve a certain level of learning.b) To preserve ethical and social culture.c) To develop professional competenceTo fulfill all the objectives of education we must motivate students to learn the things that are intended how to create interest and enthusiasm in students, attention and concentration on learning tasks. There are some strategies to motivate students to learn.1. Students' interest in the topic should be captured by asking questions, introducing activities, game simulations.2. The relevance of the topic should be highlighted, i.e. the content should be related to everyday experiences and context.3. The lesson should be designed to create curiosity, interest, desirable expectations, conducive environment, student success, etc.4. Feedback and rewards for performance should be given from time to time. An educated person is able to adapt even in unfamiliar situations. Education helps develop skills, self-confidence, self-learning and self-evaluation. Every child is unique and each child's individual needs should be met, i.e. his or her innate qualities or potentials should be developed in such a way that he or she becomes an important contributor in society. Not only is it essential that the teacher has sufficient professional knowledge, but he should also have a sweet temperament. Students should not hesitate to discuss their problems with the teacher. The teacher should follow an approach that can help inculcate community values, respect for globalization, equity, social justice, human development.
