I will try to maintain a balance between work/school and personal obligations. I also set a weekly schedule that includes downtime, extra rest time, school time, and personal time with my daughter to ensure all obligations are prioritized and fulfilled daily. I will make sure I get a healthy amount of sleep, eat well, and take vitamins to avoid feeling exhausted or distracted, as I have recognized that I am not thinking clearly or learning important new information under these circumstances. Sleep will be the most difficult factor along with stress, as I will only be allowed seven hours of sleep per night.
