Another important component that the new technology will improve is the management of performance, attendance and absence records. The new system will allow the Human Resources Department to proactively monitor reasons for absence, develop job descriptions, employee evaluations and employment relationships. Enterprise resource planning (ERP) and human resource information system (HRIS) cannot be implemented without the following challenges; human error when entering information, malfunctions and employee training. The HR manager and the HR team develop recommendations to address and compensate for the above challenges. The Human Resources department will remain in contact with the new system representative for six months. To stabilize human error when entering information there will be two people entering the data; Furthermore; to the system representative and an error report will be printed every day.
