Racial diversity is the idea of ​​having people from different backgrounds working together for a common foundation. While some may believe that racial diversity is a way to discriminate against people, I think that racial diversity helps us in many ways, some are observable and some are imperceptible. I think racial diversity is a good strategy, but it's also a great way to learn about people from different cultures and how their principles can work in each other. The most commonly ignored or unnoticed aspect of natural resource preservation and economic development is human racial or cultural diversity.
