Racial diversity is the idea of having people from different backgrounds working together for a common foundation. While some may believe that racial diversity is a way to discriminate against people, I think that racial diversity helps us in many ways, some are observable and some are imperceptible. I think racial diversity is a good strategy, but it's also a great way to learn about people from different cultures and how their principles can work in each other. The most commonly ignored or unnoticed aspect of natural resource preservation and economic development is human racial or cultural diversity. Or to put it another way, people are usually ignored even though it is clear that without humans phenomena such as resource protection could not exist. However, when plans are developed to preserve or develop natural resources, the starting point for such negotiations is rarely, if ever, due to the different needs and objectives of all the essential cultural elements that will be affected. Racial diversity gives you more experience with types of people, allowing people to realize that there are different types of people in the world. A recent article states that “New research from Tufts University indicates that diverse groups perform better than homogeneous groups when it comes to making decisions, and that this is due in large part to dramatic differences in how white people behave in groups different – changes that occur even before group members begin to interact. Another said: “Increase the diversity of employees in your organization, for example on the basis of race, gender, religion, nationality and sexual orientation, and you will automatically have a better company.” This makes perfect sense that different people will have different… middle of the paper… in an age when its ancient defender, topographical distance, is no longer effective in preserving the condition of geographic separation that racial diversity requires. for its prolonged survival.
