“The scientific study of how humans developed did not begin until the 1800s in Europe. Until that time, people relied on religious explanations for how humans came to be. Starting in 1500 a scientific revolution began to sweep Europe. Thinkers began using scientific methods and experiments to try to better understand the world and the creatures that inhabit it. Eventually these methods were turned to the question of human origins” (The Nature Of Human Origins, 1). The Earth made it possible for species to change over time because Ancient Earth provides the ability to spend a lot of time. Homo Sapien is a very complex creature. The species started out very simply, living in caves and surviving on little food, and then evolved into a species capable of doing many more complex things. The first species was Sahelanthropus tchadensis. They were one of the simplest humans in that time period and beyond. They had very small skulls compared to today's Homo Sapiens and their motor skills were exactly the same. We have evolved and changed for the better both mentally and physically. The evolution of Homo Sapiens began simply, like that of Neanderthals, and we are now the most advanced species to have walked the planet thus far. The first group of primates was the Ardipithecus group. They were the first humans closely related to other primates. The Ardipithecus group evolved in Africa and took the first step upright on two feet. Sahelanthropus tchadensis was the first human species to walk the earth. They were the building blocks of the more complex species to come. There were many species that started the human race such as Orrorin tugenensis. This species was nicknamed the Millennial Man and lived 5.8-6.2 million years at...... middle of paper ...... estimated to be 20 years old when it died. He was buried in a cemetery with several others. Homo Sapien was and still is the most complex and diverse human being created to date. In conclusion, Homo Sapien is the most complex creature and draws most of its characteristics from past ancestors. Homo sapien derives its ability to walk upright from the genus Australopithecus. We get our large molars from the Paranthropus genus. We also get our cultural and artistic abilities from the Homo Erectus group. We learned our craft skills from the Homo Habilis group. Overall the Homo Sapien group is very diverse with all the evolution they have done since the beginning of time and passing these skills from generation to generation, and these skills are still used to this day, we would never be as advanced as we are today if it were not for the past of mankind.
