It is a very challenging task for the project manager to manage the virtual team in the project. The project manager must pay more focus and attention to the virtual team to maintain clear objectives, performance standards and communication skills. It is vertical to avoid misunderstandings between team members, especially communication. In my opinion, one of the biggest challenges for the project manager is building and maintaining trust among team members. How the project manager will provide a solution if risks occur If risks occur, the project manager must provide and follow some basic steps on how to identify the risk and what measures must be taken to implement security measures (CMS, 2007). They are: • Identify the problem • Collect data • Evaluate existing security measures • Determine whether the problem will occur
