Report on the Training Session and AnalysisThe purpose of this final report is to talk about the training session on Recruitment and Selection, with a particular focus on a training session carried out in class by Vilma, Janeth and RachelRecruitment are hiring external staff members and adding them to the team. Selection is part of the recruitment process which invites people to apply for the job, the right person will be successful. Therefore, adequately motivating the right person is a competitive advantage for an organization. According to Amherst College, training is about preparing and improving employees' knowledge, skills and competencies to perform their current or future job. The processes of re-learning and increasing existing knowledge and skills, and especially the need for time to reflect and weigh new options, can help them progress in their success at work. However, the objectives of this training were to enhance the capacity of students who are pursuing careers as human resource management professionals. Objectives: ➢ Be aware of the recruitment and selection process and the complications that an employer should guard against. ➢ Be aware of the steps involved in the process and their importance, as well as identify any problems that may arise. ➢ Be aware of the advantages and disadvantages of numerous recruitment sources and selection methods. advantage. The planning process was carried out by the three of us. Specifically, speaking about myself, I worked in three sections which are: researched and wrote the slides entitled Advantages and disadvantages of working online...... half of the paper...... future both as a student and as a professional human resources, which is my short-term goal.Specific: It allows me to take leadership of my group and I was able to delegate simple tasks to my group.Measurable: It will allow feedback from the teacher, who will identify the my strengths and weaknesses during the presentation from during the training session. Achievable: Setting a goal to delegate responsibilities will be achieved at every opportunity to ensure I feel confident when qualified. Realistic: As I participate in my group's activities, I will make sure to be more involved in delegating group work. Time: I planned to achieve this goal in three months since I just started this new job. In my long term goals I will start to develop my professional development planning and get constructive feedback from my teacher and this will be the culmination of my progression.
