This is to help them and set an example for other nations to follow. The security aspect emerges when citizens of developing countries decide to use escape routes to other places. They immigrate with the hope of living the “American Dream” once they reach Europe, parts of Asia, or even the United States. Once individuals from such areas of the developing world reach the area, they may lack opportunities and therefore decide to join criminal gangs that would help them survive there.
